Terms

1. Service
Stallpool is a web app for people who share a horse: a weekly rota with swaps, a record of bills, contributions and payments, a share agreement template, insurance proofs, a handover log and health dates. Stallpool records money owed between owner and sharers; it never holds or transfers money between them. The share agreement is a template, not legal advice.
2. Accounts
Accounts for owners and sharers are free. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's permission. You are responsible for what you enter and for whom you invite.
3. Subscription per horse, trial, prices
- Each horse gets 30 days with every feature from the day it is added, with no payment details. Nothing is charged automatically after the trial.
- To keep editing afterwards, the owner takes out a subscription for that horse: €4.99 a month or €49 a year. As a small business under § 19 UStG we charge no VAT. Sharers never pay.
- Without a subscription, nothing is deleted: the horse stays readable for everyone, only changes are locked.
- The contract is concluded when you complete the order with our payment provider Stripe. The subscription renews by the chosen period unless cancelled.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period: in the horse's settings (“Manage subscription”), via Cancel a contract, or by email to hello@stallpool.com. Paid periods are not refunded pro rata, except on withdrawal.
5. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage.
6. Final provisions
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons, starting on the day the contract is concluded. To exercise it, inform us (Loistava Holding UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Asternring 9, 15732 Schulzendorf, email hello@stallpool.com) with a clear statement, for example an email. If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you within fourteen days, using the same payment method. If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you pay a reasonable amount for the part already provided.
