How it works
Add your horse
Type the name and you're done. Your rota is ready in a minute.
Drop the link in the group chat
Each sharer taps the invite link and they're in. No app, no passwords on a slip of paper.
Set the regular days
Monday Lena, Tuesday Mia. From then on everyone sees their days and you spot gaps straight away.
Week & swaps
Can anyone do Thursday? One tap instead of twenty messages.
Whoever can't make it asks one person or everyone. Whoever accepts is on the rota at once, or you swap day for day. Days with nobody on are hatched, so you see them before the horse spends a day in the stable.

Money
The farrier bill is split before anyone has to ask.
Snap the bill, Stallpool splits it by your agreed shares. The monthly contribution appears every month on its own. Sharers mark it paid, you confirm receipt. You still pay each other directly; Stallpool never holds or moves money.

Agreement & insurance
An agreement you both accepted, with the liability cover next to it.
The share agreement template fills in your days and the contribution. Both of you accept exactly that version, and any change resets the acceptance. Each sharer uploads proof of liability insurance, and you see whose cover is about to run out.

€4.99 a month or €49 a year. The first 30 days are free, with no payment details.

Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Your horse gets everything for 30 days without payment details. Afterwards you choose monthly or yearly.
What happens if I don't pay after the trial?
Nothing is deleted. The rota, notes and accounts stay readable; only changes are locked until you subscribe.
What do my sharers pay?
Nothing. Stallpool is priced per horse, paid by the person who owns it.
Does money between us go through Stallpool?
No. Stallpool records who owes what and who has paid. You transfer or pay cash directly, as you do now.
Is the share agreement legally watertight?
It is a template, not legal advice. It covers the usual points (days, contribution, use, insurance, notice). Check that it fits your situation and add your own terms.
Does everyone need an app?
No. Stallpool runs in the browser on any phone. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
Where is our data?
On our server in the EU (Hetzner, Finland). Bill photos and insurance proofs are visible only to the people on that horse.
